材料Ingredients:
一張腐皮,剪成六片三角形 1 bean curd sheet, cut into 6 slices
三百克中蝦 300g prawns
半茶匙胡椒粉 1/2tsp ground pepper
兩茶匙粟粉 2tsp corn starch
半茶匙幼鹽 1/2tsp table salt
四分一茶匙雞粉 1/4tsp chicken powder
一湯匙唐芹 1tbsp Chinese celery
兩個馬蹄,切碎 2 water chestnut, chopped
一個番茄 1 tomato
一茶匙茄醬 1tsp tomato ketchup
一茶匙紅蔥頭碎 1tsp chopped shallot
一茶匙蒜頭碎 1tsp chopped garlic
一湯匙砂糖 1tbsp sugar
半茶匙意大利香醋 1/2tsp Balsamic vinegar
一茶匙生粉加一湯匙清水用來埋芡 1tsp starch in 1tbsp water to thicken the sauce
意大利香草 Italian herbs
一茶匙茄膏 1tsp tomato purée
少許麻油 sesame oil
牛至 oregano
